RecommendedI got to Urgent Care at 12:38pm today.(I didn't realize they did not open till 1pm) anyhow by 12:45 there were 7 people standing at the door waiting for it to open. I was the 8th person in the door with a sick 3 year old. The staff was super friendly and we were taken back to the room in a timely manner. Our nurse was very helpful and listened to all our concerns. They swabbed her for the flu and gave us the time it would be done. RecommendedVery kind staff, providers know my family at this point with how much sickness has gone around! We’re always treated amazingly. My husband now sees dr greenhagen and just 1 visit helped him SO much. Love our urgent care!
Recommended5 STARS!!! This is the only urgent care I would recommend in Ponca City. The only one I trust for my babies. The staff is always kind and helping any and every way they can. Thank you for helping us and always getting us in quickly so my baby doesn’t have to sit in the waiting room. It’s those little things that make a huge difference for me.
RecommendedThe staff is awesome! This is a busy time of year, so waits tend to be a little longer. We love the work they did in the waiting room to entertain the kiddos. Once in the room, they’re fast and efficient. Being that busy, and making every patient feel important is a delicate balance that the staff handles well.

RecommendedI was 8 hours from home & our normal FNP was unavailable to send a medication in for my daughter. She has chronic issues that have hospitalized us a few times. We were seen as quick as you can during flu season and the PA was very nice & understanding.
