Needed a flat repair and was on a narrow window of availability. Had a hiccup where my tire repair was not completed at end of day. Matthew was 100% transparent with me that it was missed and stayed late to personally fix it. Crud happens, but the way it was handled was the most important takeaway for me. I will be back for all my tire needs in the future specifically because the integrity on display. 10/10 customer service.
