Where do I even begin. First...they need you credit card to authorize a charge before they'll send anyone out. This is the first time I've had to deal with that. It wouldn't have been a problem except, according to them, it takes ten minutes to run a credit card...so add ten minutes to any ETA because their machines from 1995 can't process credit cards instantly like now, in 2017. Second, I was told they would run my card after they got an ETA from the tech. Twenty minutes passed and no call back. So I call back, apparently ... read more
