Verified Renter Good location, good but ever increasing price, dated apartments, dated appliances, caters to a college aged scene, crime in surrounding areas - be careful and use nextdoor app to find out what little info you can because there is no communication from Lincoln.
Proceed with caution I lived there for about six months and 4 months in is when I realized there was a huge bed bug infestation. And they (property management) were not willing to help. A relative had a clan of mice in here apartment
