Major upgrade !!!! I have lived here for almost 3 years and I can honestly say since management has changed this place has changed for the better. We now have updated apartments, security cameras and live security every day. The property is definitely much cleaner including the parking lot where before it looked like a dumping spot for lazy people. The staff is awesome and much more professional. Maintenance come when u call not two to three days later like before. I finally get to enjoy what I pay for! Good job!!!!
Danielle Danielle has been such a big help this company change owners and had a problem with deposit check it bounced I really feel bad for her she don't make enough money to deal with that place thank you Danielle
Very good staff When I first move here every thing was fast and the people at the front desk was very help full I had a problem with the first place they gave me and the move me to a different apartment I would say that I really love staying at palms island apartment there's at lot of shopping plaza that is close range fe to walk thank u palms island for every thing u did for me and my family.
The Palm Island dump I once lived in Palm Island Apt. What a nightmare. The neighbors are the worst.No respect for where they live,trash loud music all times of the night and early morning hours.The property is not maintained.People either move in and out on a regular basis.There are numerous evictions.There is also drug dealers more so than the property owners will admit. I couldn't wait to move out of that dump.Management could care less for your concerns,It's all about the Benjamins. Don't move in you will regret it
Palm Island Apts. I Do love This Apt.And Not Planning On Moving Soon,Since I'am HANDICAP,[Knee Caps],Everything Is Close To Me,Very Neat,Complex.
Good Location..good price Nice location. Only wish there were washer/dryer connections! The complex is large and well kept.
Palm Islands Apartments Palm Islands is a very nice community to live. With washers and dryers on site there is no need to go elsewhere to wash clothes which is very convenient. Also instead of going to the beach u can enjoy the community pool right across from your apartment. Also the air conditioning in the apartments are so cold which is beneficial condidering the hot weather outside. Come see for yourself why Palm Islands is a great place to live. I am so glad I did.
