1st thing is your air conditioner don't work the rooms in the main hospital are hot no air flow what so ever thus my second time staying hear for my knee surgery 1st was 2018 and at that time the air was not working and it was summer time. ps germs spred in hot conditions .#2 now 3/2020 Just out of surgery still dizzy right knee surgery and the nurse wanted me to walk from the Gurnee to the bed about 10 feet are you fricken serious. 3 times I asked why my bed won't move it was not plugged in and she never tried to see why ,w... read more

RecommendedA week ago my mom had outpatient surgery that turned into an overnight stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't have had a better experience! The nurses were all so comforting and caring towards my mom, and they made sure I stayed informed every step of the way. Thank you to each and every person we came in contact with ❤
