My daughter has been seeing Dr. Ericka Hong since she was born, and we truly love Dr. Hong! However, scheduling an appointment with this office is extremely difficult, especially when your kids desperately need the care. I called to try to make an appointment for my kid but was refused by the damn front desk damn lady for no valid reason!!! This is a absolutely horrible experience!!! How can you keep going to this place without even being able to make an appointment? Dr. Hollenberg is my kid's PCP and she is kind of good based on our past several visits. We love Dr. Yu! I first found pomona pediatrics 2 years ago after not being able to schedule an appointment with my oldest's primary care. Dr. Yu is incredibly thorough in both taking her time to hear parents concerns and explaining which approach would be best and why. We picked Dr. Yu for our most recent addition to the family as well because of her good bedside manner and how good she is with the babies/kids.
