Hidden Markup and Lack of Transparency I recently purchased a car from Pomona Kia, and unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered:1. Hidden Markup: The quote they provided included an MSRP that was higher than the actual MSRP on my cars window sticker. ********, We certainly appreciate your business, but based on the purchased contract when you bought your vehicle from Pomona Kia, you agreed to the price listed in the contract and signed for it. Dealer accessories were already installed on the vehicle you purchased and you agreed to the discounted price for the added items with a discounted price. Please see the highlighted section on page 2 of the contract followed by signature pages.

Went from five stars to one star. Should be negative Five stars. I do not know how they run a business. I do not know why people go to them anymore. Short short story. Had a motor replaced also had trans service and other things done. My trans now has issues and makes funny noises and shifts. Funny. They ran my credit SIX times and my credit monitoring sent me an alert I told them To stop running my credit as it really hurts credit score to do that. They got mad at me for telling them to stop then they refused to give me copy of the document I signed to run credit. These people are scammers and I advise you to go somewhere else. I think they treated me that way because I'm an older Hispanic woman. They even laughed at me when I begged them for copy of what I signed. This company is shameful.
Absolutely the worst service department that I have ever had to deal with! They are incompetent, smug, and have little to no regard for their customers. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I will also never purchase a Kia again.... And we have purchased 3 in the past.
The management and owner if this dealership should not be allowed to operate a business, they have the worst business practice I have ever endured. Myself and my husband were in the market to purchase a new 2020 Kia Sportage, we decided to return to this dealership because we had bought our 2 previous Kias from the same location, however we were not aware they had changed ownership. We're truly sorry about your experience, but based on Kia Motor America's Owner Loyalty requirements requirements, a buyer must own and have a valid/current DMV registration in hand for another Kia vehicle at the time of purchase to qualify for the Loyalty Rebate. The Loyalty Rebate is not given by the dealer and it is offered by the manufacturer and unfortunately Pomona Kia has no authority to override the qualifying decision. I bought a kia Optima with this dealership for my birthday 3 months ago. And in the sale department they were very help and willing to stay the time need to close the deal the same day, but when it comes to every else they are the worst. I was told they could not do one of details wash that they need to do before selling you a call to call back tomorrow to get it done. Never was able to get it done. Sergio, we certainly appreciate your business but the truth is that you were 30 minutes late on Saturday which our service department is very busy and arrived at 12:00 O'clock when technicians were taking their lunch break. You were given the choice to either re-schedule your appointment or it will take longer time to get your first service done due to your late arrival and you chose to wait longer and have it done today.
