I ordered a pizza on Thurs 10/11, the next day I was having a leftover piece for lunch when I started choking on something. I was able to pull it out and it was a rubber band. I called immediately, asking when a good time to speak to a manager would be, the person said “what’s it about, were busy it’s lunch time” very rudely. I left a message. We go there all the time but the last two times were awful. We just came from a terrible experience. Took forever to get the drinks, the appetizer didn’t show up until our food came. At which point we told her to forget it. When I cut into my chicken not on,h was it cold it was RAW! But of course the waitress was t around so I got up and went to the kitchen my self. Met her on the way and told her it was raw! Terrible service and food. After 3 years I won’t be going back.
The best Italian food around! We have been coming here for over 15 years now! We today had an amazing server named Chantelle Plouffe ! Come in and ask for her!

The service was great. I really enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana. Our server, Chantelle Plouffe, was pleasant, attentive and went over an above to try to fix a wobbly table...eventually moving us to a better table.
Have been a customer since the 1st location. Wish I could say it was as good as then,but sadly not. Quality down,quantity down,service down,prices up. Never get all that is ordered on a take out (MUST CHECK BAGS !). Never ready when told on a call in order or online order. Seems like since the Denver location was opened that the Mooresville location is an after thought. With all the other authentic Italian food places around one would think that the staff here would try harder to keep the loyal customers. Taking my business ... read more
