On Mother's Day, the pick up service was appalling. At 1 pm we ordered dinner for 5 pm pick up. There was a very long line when I arrived at 5pm. They knew they had huge numbers of orders and couldn't fill them in anywhere near the time for which the meal was ordered. In the 15 minutes I waited, only 3 people got the meals they ordered. I left because there were about 20 people in front of me waiting. Terrible behavior when folks were trying to get a nice meal for their Mom
Was going to order take out this evening. They left me on hold so long I hung up. Indoor restaurant is closed due to Covid. You might want to try to not keep customers on terminal hold.

Worst service ever! Came here with some friends from out of town on Saturday about 8:30, after being seated we literally had to ask for everything. We went to Pomodoro tonight (my first time). All of the staff were very polite, the place is clean and the best part, our server Jeanene. She went above and beyond for us and treated us like family. Our food was delicious! We will definitely be back and asking for Jeanene!
