I VERY DISAPPOINTED ,AT THIS POMOCO COLLISION CENTER,MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO WHILE IT WAS STILL IN THE CARE OF POMOCO ,ALTHOUGH I HAD NOT PAID THE DEDUCTABLE YET, and THE REPAIRS WAS DONE,THEY LIED AND SAID I WAS NOTIFIED TO PICK UP THE CAR. Absolutely WONDERFUL service here. I cannot emphasis enough how well they treat their costumers and how great the quality of work is. Sabrina was easy to work with over the phone, polite, informative, etc. She represented the collision center with a friendly face and wonderful costumer service. Marcus was the technician that worked on my vehicle. (I got rear ended and was getting a few dents and scratched out of the back bumper.) Couldn't rate any higher or I would!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH THIS IS AN A+++which like I said first off *****5 STARS***** just isn't enough!!!
I have a hitch and I went here to get an estimate for installation on my Jeep. To my amazement, the dealership's repair shop gave me an estimate of $250 to $300 for the job of simply bolting the hitch in place and installing the (rather easy) electrical wiring for trailer lights. Come on----I know that dealerships tend to charge more than other shops, but this is outrageous. It makes me wonder if they think that I, being female, would be easily duped.
