Horrendous customer service attitude. The lady at check in gave us such a hard to just to visit a patient and stated with no remorse that they were busy several times. Expecting us to understand that they weren’t going to be nice or helpful because they were busy. There are plenty of ways to convey the same message without being condescending and rude.
