Luxury home build by Pamarico left my Buyers with a Punchlist of items. Closed in Nov 2021 and still have several unresolved items. As an agent working with Builders all the time, this one was great until CLOSING. Poor communication and follow through.
Where do I start? Terrible (if any) communication, absolutely no accountability, and incredibly poor workmanship. Closed on our new home at the end of FEBRUARY, 2021. It is now AUGUST. We are nowhere close to our home being completed. Had to hire an additional contractor to simply help finish the work promised to us in the first place prior to closing. BUYER BEWARE. This company is misogynistic and filled with empty promises. Happy to provide additional information upon request.
Now living in my second house built by Pomarico Construction. Great value and solid as a rock.
