I am traveling from out of town with my mother and we wanted to get our nails done so we looked up nail salons in the area and chose this one professional and clean aesthetic in the pictures. Right away the establishment looked exactly the same as depicted and it smelled really good not like chemicals. I was super excited to try this place. Came in as a “walk-in.” Signed in immediately for a refill and was never greeted. Sat and waited for 45 minutes, when someone finally came and asked if i had an appointment. When i said no and that im a walk in and already checked in, she informed me “oh we don’t have time today.” That is absolutely understandable as a walk-in had that been communicated before waiting 45 minutes to be informed.
So glad to have POLYSH so close by! The shop is extremely clean and very spa like setting, I was at work so I sent a message and they booked my appt right through the message, so convienent and easy, thank you and I will be back!
Thank you so much for squeezing me in yesterday! I was so in need of a pedi and mani and it was so relaxing! The store is beautiful too!
