Dr. Schwab at the ob-gyn clinic is the best gynecologist that I've ever had. She is friendly and very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and professional. I feel very fortunate to be a patient there.
POLYCLINIC-BOO!!!!! Just was told that daughters script wasn't approved for refill because she needed to come in b4 2 year pap in case she was having problems or had questions about her medication....DO YA THINK SHE WOULD HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED YOU IF THERE WERE PROBLEMS? STUPID!!! Now it just sounds like a money generating appointment and nothing to do with "actual" concerns or care! (And this after leaving 4 messages with no call back; I finally got thru this morning)
Dr. Melissa hathaway is the best pediatrician forever
After giving me the wrong implants, Dr. Richard Welk attempted to correct the resulting capsular contracture using a very painful treatment, called closed capsulotomy, that is no longer in popular use in part because it has been proven ineffective and because of the likelihood of damaging the fragile surrounding breast tissue. He performed this treatment without warning or consent. I have got to say that I would never go any place else. Some of the doctors have been in the Top 100 in Seattle for multiple years. I have always put my trust in the doctors here, they care about you. Not only for you. We are all human and feel pain. Your not a number or dollar sign, your their patient, a patient they care about and do put your needs first. Thank you!!! Shout out to Robbie Sherman who was my Dr for almost 31 years. Been coming here since grade school and i'm 62 now, it was located at a different address back then. It is so convienent lab xrays everything is located in the same building..
The Polyclinic charged my wife $394 for an eye exam she did not receive. They made no indication to her about this charge, and told her that she would only be billed $94 for the visit. Her insurance did not cover either charges (despite assurance that it would be covered). I suspect that the Polyclinic have committed insurance fraud. I have already contacted the Washington Department of Health, the NHCAA, and the insurance company involved. I highly suggest your representatives contact me asap.
