From the moment you enter the office, the first thing you hear is loud Latin music playing. The service is horrendous; the staff is rude, unprofessional, loud as if you just entered a third world country. When you speak English they get angry. I waited for an hour to be treated and the secretary Yoanka Naranjo told me that the doctor was not available and to come back tomorrow, that lady didn't even apologize for my long wait.
