We ordered a 5 piece & a 3 piece Lakeview sets. Our custom furniture was delivered in exactly 2 weeks. Our Fed Ex freight delivery was efficient and my husband and I put together all 8 pieces in about 3 hours. All pieces, cushions, screws, & tools were intact in our order. The sets look amazing and are so comfortable. Im happy to support a sustainable company with a made in ******* base. We look forward to many years of use and will care for our furniture to keep it looking its best! Thanks for a great product. ??

Purchased through ****** 0n 2/18/22.1. One month later order arrived missing items of large outdoor patio set. Called.2. One month later items arrived with a majority broken in shipment.3. Again one month later proper items arrived so it took three months to get our patio furniture.4. After three months of operation a part of the fire pit malfunctioned. Called again. Disappointed in product Preformance , several items displaying cracks after a few years , and the company is very , very slow to respond , these products are very expensive .and they are not holding up , and the manufacture just keeps giving me the run around ,I will certainly not purchase any more of their products

OVER Priced products. Very poor customer service, not a mature company at all. I see poor rating in the BBB. They treat the senior minority customer base poorly. I opened a ******************** complaint and it was the same blah, blah, blah. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I was forcecd to give them one star on the BBB website or it would have been "0" stars.
Will not be purchasing ever again. Paid over ******* for a small bar table and 4 chairs. The table came first and was fine. The chairs arrived and the first 2 lacked the pre drilled holes on the bottom supports. The last 2 chairs were missing all the pre drilled holes on the entire left side of the chairs. We were so frustrated we guessed on the correct placement of the screws. This company is giving "Made in *******" a bad name. Their product is over priced, takes too long to receive and NOW is POOR Quality. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again. We are disgusted with Wayfair and Poly-wood. We ordered in March 2022 and here we are in July 2022 with no furniture but they have charged us. We tried to cancel and keep getting a run around with them telling us it is already built in ready to ship but then in the next message telling us it is ready to go to production. How do these companies stay in business? We are filing a complaint with the ** consumer complaint/fraud department in our state.
I placed a big order for furniture in March 2021. Got the emails saying the entire order has shipped in June 2021. When it was delivered less than half of my order arrived and an entire pallet of adirondack chairs that I did not order was also left. Repeated calls to customer service to learn that they lost my *custom* order of furniture ($14k) and they would have to rebuild it but the fabric I ordered in March doesn't exist in June.
