I’ve tried several CrossFit gyms in the area (to be exact, three others ), and Polsky’s CrossFit is hands down the best one. The programming is top notch, the coaches genuinely care, and they’re always checking your form to make sure you’re doing things right and safely. Most importantly, it actually feels like a CrossFit gym. The others I tried felt more like senior home fitness centers in comparison. If you want real CrossFit energy, this is the place.
The facility is extremely well managed and clean. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive! The energy and sense of community they've built is what makes the one-hour training an amazing experience.
Best trainers in the business. Extremely well run and organized!
Great place to drop in while on business travel. coaches are great and vibe in the class is on point.
