Service tech came into my home with no tools, not even a simple multimeter, my unit needed a $12 sequencer and three lead wires replaced. The tech said that everything needed replacement and couldn't be fixed. Don't waste the $69 fee fon a tech to come out as they just want to sell new units. Basically useless
