The stylist was in a bad mood and cut my hair differently from what I asked for—uneven and shapeless. During the blow-dry, they pulled my hair very hard the entire time and were not friendly at all. Bello lugar con verdaderos expertos. Me he realizado cambio de color, manicure pedicure y tratamientos para mi piel. Muy profesionales, te recomiendan lo que verdaderamente necesitas. El Spa me encanta, su atención y profesionalismo más.
It's a very nice place and Polo's service is great, but I can say that the owner's daughter is somewhat rude. I was there very early and didn't even say good morning out of politeness. Then she claimed to ask why they let me get my hair cut without her knowing that I already had an appointment at 11 a.m. and they were serving me at 12 p.m. And when it was time to charge me, she only told me the price and didn't even say thank you. How rude and with her unfriendly face. I hope she changes her attitude.
Belena did my hair and I love it!! She also did my daughter hair and came out amazing! I recommend her!
