What was once, one of the prominent complexes in Midland has turned into a dilapidated mess. The exterior of the buildings were in desperate need of wood repair and painting, aside from the 2-3 buildings they painted surrounding the office. The grounds were in desperate need of a landscaping overhaul. The pool was often green and closed during pool season. The tennis courts were a complete mess. Fixing anything would be a start. I've had leaks in my apartment since I moved in and they just keep getting worse. I've got mold in my walls and my floors, holes in my closets, and peeling paint from water running down my walls. It's revolting. Since we've lived here, less than one year, we've also had our cars broken into 4x, a maintenance man that steals packages and was finally arrested, and mail missing. Your only reason to live here are the "low" (for Midland anyway) rent prices.
Its poor management never returning calls or emails. Maintainence going in homes whenever they want without living notes outside of the doors. Things being broken and them not fixing it right away!!! Office lady taking a 2 hour lunch from 1-3pm. Its horrible here. Not getting any answers answered!
Management sucks. The manager never returns emails or phone calls, the property is a mess, the pool is closed, and the rent is still WAY to high for the economy. Memos are never served to alert residents of maintenence issues or repairs (such as the pool closure over the freaking weekend in the hottest part of the summer) or why there has been a manlift and dump truck parked on the premises blocking parking and recreation. I would have never moved in had I known how crappy the management is. I'll be calling Houston on Monday... read more
