Polo Park was the worst mistake I EVER made – NOT only does this place have some of the most inconsiderate , rude, untrustworthy people that I have ever met as staff members, they are also THIEVES. Numerous Problems - DONT RENT HERE! – Since moving into PoloPark, I have had a number of poor experiences. In the first month there were numerous visits to the complex by the police. I came home on four occasions to find the parking in front of my building blocked by cop cars. I had a problem with rodents as described in one of the other reviews as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Please trust me and DO NOT RENT HERE!! They are out for your money! Noisy, dangerous (5 breakins in matter of months) Not willing to help, rude staff, and amenities are not available! There are much nicer apartments close by! Don't FALL for this!!!!
Prison just might be better. – Absolute worst apt community in Nashville.If you like to spend WAY too much for rent, not being able to park in front of your apartment at night, rodents in the ceilings, poorly designed cabinets, noisy neighbors, others that nearly run you down in the parking lot, break ins to apartment units (in daylight), no security officer, strict ruling about not storing items in a STORAGE closet, turning the water off just whenever they feel like it, having crews enter your apartment with NO prior notice... read more
