Doesn’t sound like they want new tenants This review only of course applies to the leasing office. I was disappointed by my interactions with the rental staff after getting great reviews from a couple of existing tenants. At the first number I called (the one on the website) the gentleman told me these apartments are only available for college students. Don’t bother So my sister moved down here there for work and the staff there is achrousus. From day one she had problems and I’m not just talking about the items in her apartment that leaked and never worked. Who ever is the property manager doesn’t do anything about noise complaints and or cares about the residents. Our family owns houses and have been in the rental business for many years and this is not how to treat your occupants. People having parties from 1-4am and they have done nothing to stop it. Convenient location & great amenities Polo Park is a great apartment complex located just about 10 miles east of downtown Nashville. It is conveniently situated near many stores, the airport and has easy access to the interstate system. It has two outdoor pools, a walking trail, tennis court and clubhouse with a workout room, hot tub and racquetball courts. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful!
Polo Park Apartments: Nashville, TN This space is great if you are looking to live in a quiet, wooded area with reasonable pricing. The amenities and apartment property are exceptional and offer a friendly and efficient staff. I always feel safe and welcome coming home to Polo Park!
My stay here at Polo Park has been pretty good so far. I've been here almost a year and so far so good. Is it perfect no but no apartment complex is. The management and staff at Polo Park are good people they always treat me with respect and speak to me when I come in the office. And if I have questions concerning any issues that I have I always get an answer. Facilities are clean and well-kept . Great Experience Have lived here for over a year & my time here has been great! The office staff is super friendly & helpful every time I go into the office, they always go above & beyond! It's also in a really convenient location. Walking distance to Target, a short drive to downtown (no freeways necessary), but it's far enough out to feel safe & keep prices down. Overall, fantastic experience!
My experience at Polo Park has been much less than acceptable. It is a great place with many things to offer, but it is very poorly managed. I just moved in here three months ago. When I first applied here, it seemed as if everything ran very smooth. They really do a great job of getting your application processed, collecting fees, etc. They nailed the move in date for me, and that was something that was important for my particular situation. WORST APARTMENTS EVER! The office staff were very nice to me when I first moved in but after I was there for a few months they became rude and completely ignored me when I walked in to ask questions and ignored my phone calls. I had to call from different numbers just to get them to answer my phone calls and I never gave them any reason to treat me this way. DO NOT RENT! I moved out of Polo Park Apt's and my credit and background came back fine for my new place. The manager from Polo Park also spoke with the office where I moved directly following my move out and told them I owed NO charges and sent a great letter of reference! A few yrs later, I have recently went to rent another place and I have a "cleaning fee" of $700 in collections against me. I also had a problem with people leaving SCREWS in the parking lot!!!
