Don’t bother So my sister moved down here there for work and the staff there is achrousus. From day one she had problems and I’m not just talking about the items in her apartment that leaked and never worked. Who ever is the property manager doesn’t do anything about noise complaints and or cares about the residents. Our family owns houses and have been in the rental business for many years and this is not how to treat your occupants. People having parties from 1-4am and they have done nothing to stop it. Convenient location & great amenities Polo Park is a great apartment complex located just about 10 miles east of downtown Nashville. It is conveniently situated near many stores, the airport and has easy access to the interstate system. It has two outdoor pools, a walking trail, tennis court and clubhouse with a workout room, hot tub and racquetball courts. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful!
