Theft is out of control Cars and trucks get broke into all the time. They’re making millions of dollars and refuse to do anything to protect the tenants.

Business response:

Hello there, We want to express our gratitude that you took the time to leave us a review and thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We understand how distressing criminal activity can be, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or stress you may have experienced. While we implement deterrents within our community, unfortunately, crime can occur anywhere, regardless of any precautions in place. We strongly encourage all residents to remain vigilant at all times in the community. If you notice any suspicious ac... read more

WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY this complex is horrible. management is rude and if they don't want to deal with you, they will just ghost you. our water bill was randomly $400 when it was normally $50 and they refused to provide any documentation as to why it was this high and forced us to pay so we did not incur late fees. on the move out, we didn't hear from them for a month after we moved out and then one day randomly got a bill for $500 for a "damaged carpet spot". they will drain you of all your money and for a less than 500 ... read more

Great Experience Have lived here for over a year & my time here has been great! The office staff is super friendly & helpful every time I go into the office, they always go above & beyond! It's also in a really convenient location. Walking distance to Target, a short drive to downtown (no freeways necessary), but it's far enough out to feel safe & keep prices down. Overall, fantastic experience!

I had to cancel my lease before 30 days If I could give this place a zero star I would. In fact I can prove it to you try to find a phone number that connects you to a human being in their office. You won't be able to! It's completely overpriced for how outdated and poorly the property is cared for! After my first 30 days I chose to do the buyout lease. And the property company was both incredibly hard to get in contact with and both unprofessional.

Unsafe, Gross, and Expensive Tons of car break ins and hijacking. Package theft is 24/7 and the office advertises locked parcel rooms but it isn't. They will fine you for anything. Metered apartments are not accurate. Electric and water bills for 1 bedroom were higher than my bills for my 4 bed house with 3 people in them. Management is the worst. They will say whatever you want to hear and never follow through. I wish I never lived here.

Unlivibale and Disrespectful I have never lived anywhere where I have been so in fear for my life and safety as I am here, nor have I been so grossly dissatisfied in a community or management team. From the devastating fire that occurred for which we received no help, to the disrespectful neighbors and shady characters everywhere, and the disrespect I received when staff barely attempted to handle those issues. In addition to the water being shut off more times than I can count, and the staff not even bothering to bring anyo... read more

Called not helpful not friendly I guess I called and got a young man that couldn't be bothered to answer any questions and now I see other reviews that state this is not a friendly place. We were looking to rent and coming from out of state because we have a home being built. Very disappointed.

Property Masquerades As Luxury But Is Not Don't rent here. They add on so many charges that you wind up paying luxury prices. $20 for a parking space, $24 for the trash compactor, NOT valet trash. Then they add a monthly fee for deliveries and your only option for internet is Comcast which is spotty. But you cannot get another internet service. I moved in to an apartment with old carpet that they refused to replace and none of the electrical outlets worked. When I complained about it, Tiffany, the property manager actually s... read more
