I dealt with ray for years when I lived in NY. Was lucky enough to see him 2 months ago after 14 years shop is still there and service is awesome as it was. His prices and quality are unmatched and he goes the extra mile for his customers.
My husband bought my 15th wedding anniversary ring from Polo and that was 3 yes ago. It's as beautiful now as it was when I received it. The service was excellent and and the sales associates were very professional. We will shop there again.
