If I could give this place and Elizabeth 25-stars I would! First off, polo glen is a beautiful community and I love the spacious floor plans. The rent is very reasonable and Elizabeth has been awesome from start to finish! She is so friendly and helpful! She made me feel like part of the family. Even on Saturday 02/08 with all the craziness happening she handled everything like a boss and was able to assist me. 10/10 Recommend.
My experience moving into Polo Glen has exceeded my expectations! Starting my process with Elizabeth Boutet was the best decision I could have made she made finding an apartment that both matched my budget and preferences and now I have the most amazing view from my porch. Moving in was so quick and easy the process took less than a week! Would definitely recommend stopping by Elizabeth’s office at Polo Glen for your apartment needs.
Had appointments twice in a month and every time you show up thru have nothing to show you! Horrible customer service for future residents! This happened Saturday at 4pm 2/8/25 and we spoke to someone and told them earlier we had an appointment and never mentioned it to us!
Place is cute. Management does nothing. Everything constantly breaks and our AC never works, which is like living in hell. Do not move here. Rent is crazy expensive to not have working AC
