I have to give kudos to the hard working, knowledgeable, beyond efficient and professional maintenance team at Polo Glen. Led by Arnaldo, who is fantastic, the team of Gerardo, William and Oneil are always paying attention to the grounds and any issues that affect residents. The responsiveness when I submit maintenance tickets is super fast. I also want to recognize Victoria, Andres and Andrea in the administration office.
I’ve been living here for the past 1.5 years, and it is a nice and peaceful community. Andres and Andrea from the leasing office are very helpful throughout the move in process and always available to help. Maintenance team is also quick to resolve issues.
Andrea is an absolute gem who guided us through the application process with levity, clarity, and ease of mind. Although we had other options for housing, working with Andrea entirely persuaded us to finally decide on Polo Glen.
