I’ve lived at Polo Glen for a few years and the maintenance team is fantastic. Arnaldo has provided A++ service on all maintenance requests. He is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service — be it during regular hours or, as has been the case a few times, late at night and on weekends. He follows up on requests and keeps me up-to-date when more complex requests will take longer. He makes living at Polo Glen a pleasure.
The front office never answers the phone. At all, you can call all day long and it wont let you leave a voicemail and they won’t call you back. Old interior in the apartments and they will still raise your rent every year. Makes it extremely difficult to communicate with anyone and also the gates are always broken. So anyone can enter at all times. Not luxury at all the sidewalks and place you live is covered in bird and dog poo.
