Great food and great people that work there highly recommended
I have been going to pollys for the past 12 years. Since moving to orange county, we are regulars to the fullerton location. We always experience friendly service, and delicious food. I absolutely love their cheesecake. Best pies around!!
The service at this location has really deteriorated over the past year. The hostess with the purple hair stands up front and talks about customers to the other workers. Not professional at all. Several open tables while customers were quoted a 20 minute wait due to not enough wait staff working. Most likely my last visit here. Too bad it used to be very good here.
This is the LAST chance I am giving to this Polly's! The workers bring their rowdy children in to sit at the counter - the food was not good (the whites of the eggs were runny and the potato cakes were under cooked) THEN I bought a whole fresh peach pie to bring home which turned to mush and leaked all over my car. When I called to complain the girl who answered acted stupid and seemed to have not ever gotten a complaint before. This used to be our favorite, but the last three times we drove there from Yorba Linda, we were very disappointed with the food preperation and service. After 30+ years, I think this old timer needs to be retired. We switched back to our local YL location which, while it still caters to seniors, has not given up. I hate to say it, but even the wait staff has lost interest. The center where the Fullerton resturant is all but abandoned. Boarded up stores and burned out building locations do not help. Move the location.
We have been coming to this restaurant for years great service great food but for some reason the last few months it is crazy takes forever to get seated even though they have many open tables if you get a table takes forever to get the food
