Sad echo of former self – Once upon a time, this particular restaurant was a Red Car station, and there were pictures and maps on the walls telling you so. The food was good, and the service was great. Unfortunately, they redecorated with BCA (Boring Corporate Art) and did away with all the wonderful historic information. Polly's in North Long Beach Atlantic near Wardlow Great food – I am surprised to see the negative review. Our family eats at Polly's on Atlantic at least twice a month for take out and once a month sitting down in the restaurant.l The food is always good. The counter staff is very friendly and coordinated. The team that takes the phone orders are coordinated, polite and get the order right the first time. Polly's in Noth Long Beach – Located on Atlantic Avenue near Wardlow Road, this Polly's Pie's "restaurant / bakery" should be shut down. It is a disgrace compared to the Polly's on the Los Coyotes Diagonal . The interior is filthy . The staff and servers are rude . I have never been so insulted at an eatery . In addition , the food wasn't very good ( the BBQ was absolutely nasty ) but definitely pricey - not a bargain .
