Service was good but catfish was too greasy. Yes it was fried, but it was overly greasy compared to other places I’ve had fried fish. Need to look at the temperature of the grease.
Love the food and great service also. The hush puppies are to die for!
Excellent fried shrimp, chicken tenders, catfish served as whole or as a filet, and a great hamburger. Cole slaw is outstanding. Wait staff are uniformly excellent. Nice local eatery with a great menu.
It's hard to find a seafood place that serves a plate of boiled shrimp and really good slaw - and this is one of them! We had a great waitress! Will definitely be returning!
This is the Best place I have ever eaten!! They have the best, most flavorful food, and such a big variety to choose from. The Staff are so courteous, and attentive, and make you feel like part of the family. Had to split a Ribeye plate because there was no way I could eat it all!! The steak was amaaaazing as well as the fried mushrooms!! I would definitely say that everyone should go and try out Polly's and bring some friends with you!!!
Best ribeye ever!!! The owner s and staff are very attentive and the food is incredible! Love the fried mushrooms and will have to choose between two delectable desserts...hmmmm! How to choose between key lime cake or hummingbird cake???? Will have to get one of each and share! Everyone must try Polly's...you'll be soooo glad you did!!!!
