Changing. No fresh bread on the table anymore. No fresh-cut fries. I don’t think they even splurged on Ore Ida. Very slow service. I saw our waitress cut a pie, swipe the strawberry glaze off the knife and lick her fingers right before she grabbed our food to carry it to our table. Being a literally life-long customer, I was very disappointed. The manager explained that she was disappointed too but did not try to make amends.
