Excellent service. After hours on the phone talking to the manufacturer and getting nowhere, we had a Pollock tech come out to diagnose the issue with our warehouse's pallet wrapping machine and after we ordered the part they recommended, they came back to install and configure it, and our machine is now back up and running as before the issue. Great work! I only wish we'd called them sooner!

Paula Jones has been our rep for years. She always goes above and beyond for us and acts as though we are her only customer. Paula knows our business top to bottom and is quick to notify us when there is a product she thinks would work for us at a better price or quality.
