When the order arrived, nearly half of the items were incorrect and several were missing entirely. I immediately contacted the customer service number printed on the receipt, provided all requested information, and instead of speaking to someone who could resolve the issue, I received a generic text message stating they were unable to assist at that time. Polo Tropical at 5549 Sheridan Street Hollywood Florida 33021 should be closed down , I got the shredded beef quesadilla meal and what little meat was on there was maybe a tablespoon full of meat for what you paid for it and it was not cut like supposed to be cut and the chickens undercooked , the beans you barely get any it's mostly juice then when you try to say something to the people about everything they look at you like you committed a crime , if they don't care or have any concern about where they work then why be the... read more
