I went on January 31,2026 and order a meal through the drive through. The chicken was burnt and dry, you can tell it was a chicken that they had all day burning on the grill. I asked the person to provide me with sauces multiple time and they still forgot to provide them. The rice, beans and over all food quality was really bad. I threw it away and did not eat it. No quality control or quality checking going on from management or leads. Soups picture on the menu is not what they are serving. Bait and switch. FALSE ADVERTISING! high turnover rate never enough people working. Quality and service is not important here. The horrible service and store ratings are a reflection of the poor leadership.
