This is the best Pollo Tropical I've gone to yet! The employee Jeanne (with the red hair) served us very quickly, barely any wait at all! She was very attentive and worked efficiently to bring us the food. The food was also hot and fresh, and the fries were especially crispy and well-salted. We were in and out of the restaurant in less than 10 minutes. Exceptional service and food, would come again. 10/10.
El trato del personal es pésimo , El Pollo ha perdido su sabor original y los frijoles negros no son los mismos de antes , cero sabor , deberían entrenar mejor a los empleados en General , esta vez fue la última !!
