See my review about the Pollo Tropical in Delray Beach. Briefly, the food is consistently very tasty and the staff are consistently very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The place is always very clean as is the bathroom.
Very slow drive thru...waited at least 15 minutes...there was a very long line.
Great food as usual, I rarely have an issue with quality control and when I do it is only because of inconsistent portions of what I order which is the avacado cilantro tropichop. I usually just drive thru from Pollo so indoor dining area I'm ready cannot input info.
Order a grill chicken and they were burn black and dry. Couldn't eat them. A waste of money. Never again I will order from them.
