the girl in the drive thru i believe her name was edllyne she was really respectful and amazing, she was nice and kind really nice interacting with her she made my day, and the food was great 10/10!!
Good good, no frills, consistent and quick service
The pollo tropical located at 2298 congress ave., has to be the worst location ever. Dirty store, with poor customer service. The management team needs to do a better job. Fire the entire staff, they all have attitude problems.
