I had a terrible experience at Pollo Tropical because of the unprofessional and rude behavior of one of the managers. He came off as friendly and flirty with women, but when it came to dealing with men, his attitude completely shifted. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and condescending. When I approached him for assistance, he rudely told me to "hold on" in a tone that made it clear he had no patience for me. Food it was dry and cold plus they do not accept coupons rewards for happy family.
