1/2 chicken platter. Service is good.
There was trouble under the palm folks. Portions are shrinking. Took forever to get the food and it was not even right, missing items order.

worst Pollo Tropical ever - food tasted strange came home and got ill. I usually love PT but there was something shady about this one.
Great affordable Latin food, but beware of the drive through! 9 out of 10 times they get our order wrong, so always be sure to check the contents of your bag ;)
After going to newer Altamonte Springs location, this location seemed a bit worn down. Also, because they serve eat in orders on real dishes, you actually get less food. Food was also subpar tonight.
Do the survey on the receipt- we get a 1/4 chicken meal free every visit!
