La verda esque este pollo es mi favorito bueno el de miami lakes es ok pero esto esta 10 veces mejor trabajan cristianos de buena causa tube buenas conversaciones con un empleado tal victor esto aca empin ao me encanta el tropichiller mango !!!

I had a really disappointing experience at Pollo Tropical. The rice was extremely pegajoso (sticky and clumpy), which already made the meal unpleasant. On top of that, the location was uncomfortably hot inside, making it hard to even enjoy the food. But the worst part was the hygiene. There were flies constantly around the food and even flying over us while we were eating. That completely ruined the experience. As a regular customer, this visit was very frustrating. Excelente experiencia! El servicio en este Pollo Tropical fue muy rápido y eficiente. Islen fue muy amable y atenta, y todo el personal nos recibió con una gran sonrisa. Definitivamente un lugar con muy buena energía y atención.
