Writing I wasn’t really having the best day, but I stopped by Pollo Tropical to get my daughter’s favorite meal. The staff was exceptional, especially Vee! She went above and beyond to accommodate my vegetarian needs by preparing the Chicken Caesar Wrap without chicken. She was also kind enough to ask if I wanted any additional toppings, like tomatoes. Hice un pedido en línea el cual me cancelaron cuando llegue ahí me dijeron que esperar a la izquierda por la manager la cual nunca llegó, tuve que bajarme para ver qué pasaba y se tenían una desorganización. Al final aunque me resolvieron el problema perdí todo mi lunch break por un error de ellos.
