My experience at Pollo Tropical was pretty average overall. The chicken, which is supposed to be the highlight, ended up being a bit disappointing—noticeably dry and lacking the juicy, tender quality you’d expect from a place known for grilled dishes. I went through the drive thru. I asked for a tropichop, when I got home to eat the food and I look inside my bowl there is literally no chicken inside. They gave me a bowl without chicken.
