Everything is delicious! We're originally from Miami and have been missing this restaurant. The new concept of table service is great too!
Different dining style then in Miami. Here they seat you and bring your food to the table. It did take some time for the food to come but it was pretty busy. Super friendly staff!!
This is the nicest Pollo Tropical I've ever been to. The employees were all super friendly and even spoke English clearly, which was a pleasant surprise. Different from the other Pollos I've been to.

Fast food with food runners and plates? Employees that all speak English?? What? I'm not in Miami anymore.
Not a fan, crappy food, wraps are terrible but chicken is mediocre. Over priced for what it tastes like! Go to KFC instead!
