horrible experience. I ordered online at 12:55 and my food was not ready until 1:35. It was marked completed at 1:10.
This is the third time that your employees do not listen to the order given to them. I asked for a small tropichop bowl with chicken, black beans and lettuce. NO RICE! What part of NO RICE DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!!! Perhaps your employees can listen to the orders given to them in the future. Also, my boyfriend always asks for extra ice in his drink which he never receives.
