Main issue I have here is that sometimes the chicken is overcooked to hard but that’s better than undercooked and I’ve only seen that once and I eat pollo tropical at least twice a week and the guy that works with me has the app a a lot of times the receipt doesn’t have bar code to scan ,that’s petty let people collect their rewards..so now if we have a different option in the area we work we take it over pollo tropical
