I’ve now tried twice to order from Pollo Campero, and unfortunately, both experiences were frustrating and unsuccessful. First visit: I placed my order at the drive-thru with a gentleman who took my order, then waited about 25 minutes in line. When I finally got to the window, I expected to just pay and pick up my food. Instead, the employee at the window had no idea what I had ordered and asked me to repeat it.
