If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to experience the slow passage of time in its purest form, skip meditation retreats and just hit up the Pollo Campero drive-thru. I’m convinced they don’t actually keep chicken in stock — they must be back there personally raising the chicks, waiting for them to hatch, then sending them through culinary boot camp before finally seasoning and frying them. We’re here on our lunch breaks please love faster 🥲
Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered food here and found a hair in it. That’s unacceptable on every level....basic hygiene and food safety were clearly not followed. If the kitchen can’t even keep hair out of the meals, I can only imagine what else goes unchecked. Completely ruined my appetite and left me questioning their cleanliness standards. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about their health or their money.

9/13/25 9:00pm– Terrible service today. Everyone in the back was on their phones and not paying attention. We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches but only got one, and it wasn’t even spicy. It was just the classic one. Completely careless. If the staff can’t handle a basic order correctly, I can only imagine how little effort is put into anything else. Major disappointment—save your money and go somewhere that takes customers seriously.
