The food is quite good, the cashier service is quite good but they have a terrible organization, it is a Sunday and from the outside you can see the terrible way to carry the work in the kitchen, you can see that they do not have a manager who directs the whole process, listens to at least 3 confused orders and others where customers wait more than 35 minutes. Cooks can't be waiters too.
I went to this establishment a few times and the food is always fresh and the service is decent. However, every time I order food the cashier Josue appears to never want to give me my receipt with the barcode to get my points . I always have to repeat needing my receipt to get my points which is always a tug of war. Is the location on 14th St. in Washington DC.
