Excellent course and course instructor (Andrew)! I feel Polley provides a good start to my Real Estate career. I learned a lot and had a fun time doing it. Gave me all the tools up front to be able to understand what was expected. Looking forward to the 2nd course in December.

Andrew Lasner was my instructor for my Fundamentals Zoom Class with Polley Associates Inc. He is a wonderful instructor. He put a lot of thought into how he presents the material. His lessons were engaging. He was patient with everyone in class and always encouraging the students. The real estate videos he showed as examples were also helpful.

Although the length of the course is quite abbreviated, I feel that the instructor covered all the material, provided various learning styles to break up the material and, provided plenty of practice questions to keep our minds focused on the presented material. He provided ample time for student questions, study questions and, the practice test was extremely helpful.
