Pollard Used Cars sold me a used Kia Sorento while I was pregnant in 2017. Safety was a key selling point in this purchase. After taking the vehicle for its second major repair since the purchase, I was informed today that Pollard was well aware that the vehicle had a rodent infestation prior to selling to me and THE AIRBAGS WILL NEVER GO OFF IN A CRASH!! **Warning** Do NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! 😡😡

Went in about a month ago to trade in my moms car and bought her something else... after giving them everything they needed for the bank... signing the papers for the car... gave my down payment... two days ago my mother woke up to a TEXT not a PHONE CALL a TEXT, tell her she needed to bring the car back and pick hers up.
