Amazing! I have had a service contract with Pollard Heating and AC for 3 years. There has never been a time I needed their service that they did not respond in a more than timely manner. all reps are knowledgeable and polite. All questions I had were answered, the installation was done in time stated and clean up was super. Explanation of system installed was explained and re-explained. This is a company I feel safe doing my HVAC work and hope to work with for a long time!!!
