They told my son to have his truck up there, this morning at 7:30am and they will fix all the “recalls” and rotate tires. He dropped it off at 7:30am, and returned at 4:40pm to find after 9 hours they never touched the vehicle. This just reminds me, one reason, why we don’t buy vehicles locally.

Pollard Chevrolet always takes care of my vehicles. I've been trading with Pollard Chevrolet since I bought a 1997 Silverado twenty years ago. I've purchased seven pickups and two Corvettes from them. We're lucky to have Pollard, a home owned dealership, in Big Spring. I consider Bill Pollard, the owner, a personal friend.
It's hard to find a great parts and service department when working out of town. This place goes beyond great in customer care. Thank you!
