Cannot get through to either the Haines city or Lakeland clinic for days. Went in person to Haines city while on hold with the awful music for 13 minutes only to arrive and see no one on the phone at the front desk. Said they were having phone issues. Unacceptable! Also said there were no sick visits available. Also unacceptable! A lot of people are sick right now, including myself with Covid and can’t get in for an appt for a prescription because the phones don’t work? Got injured at work, rotator cuff injury, then this dollar store dr send me to work without restrictions, went again and another dollar store dr got me 50 pound restrictions. I went to a real dr and gave me 20 pound restrictions. Pathetic. They got their licenses out of a ceral box .
