I am so honored to be able to have this clinic at my fingertips. The lab techs are friendly the Nurse Practitioner was beyond understanding and empathetic. I really enjoy my Haines city visits. No I am not a bot I am a real person lol.
Just don’t go to this Haines city location if you respect yourself. They have a front desk lady called Marrero who’s so rude, so disrespectful. (She made me wait while she was gossiping with another nurse about a patient instead of checking me in.) Even when I called the office manager, she treated me like I’m the one responsible for her co-worker’s behavior. I left work early, drove 45 minutes from Lakeland because I had an appointment to get my labs done here. I get there and the receptionist turns me away because “they can’t do labs without dr’s orders” and I told her that the website told me to book my labs 2 days before seeing the dr. She said “the website does that sometimes but I can’t take your blood without dr orders”. So I left. I will advocate to have this place removed from my coverage. To think that no one ever picks up the phone and the answering machine tells people to not leave messages. Never seen anything so inefficient.
