I will advocate to have this place removed from my coverage. To think that no one ever picks up the phone and the answering machine tells people to not leave messages. Never seen anything so inefficient.
Complete utter waste of PCSB resources. It’s supposedly a free clinic for teachers, but completely useless. No one even bothers to answer the phone, and the people who work the front desk are rude. They get mad at me for not scheduling an appointment before arrival, but no one answers the phone! What’s the point?? Get rid of it and use that money to pay teachers instead of the complete waste of staff there.
Se supone que a las horas que es estan abiertos deberían responder las llamadas. Parece que ponen el teléfono en hold. Servicio pésimo, solía ser una clínica buenísima para los empleados. Ahora es difícil conseguir cita y han demorado un mes para arreglar la máquina de rayos x.
So you work on a school you don't feel good so you go here to have a checkout but surprise they cannot see you because they don't accept walks in, so what, you supposed to go to work sick without knowing what you have.
