Got injured at work, rotator cuff injury, then this dollar store dr send me to work without restrictions, went again and another dollar store dr got me 50 pound restrictions. I went to a real dr and gave me 20 pound restrictions. Pathetic. They got their licenses out of a ceral box .
La persona que atiende en recepción debe de ser más cordial con las personas. Llevaba esperando más de un mes con una cita y cuando llega el día me dicen que están en una reunión que no me pueden atender y que la próxima cita es en un mes.
Apparently supervisors or whoever is in charge of the clinic matters about reviews. The medical professionals inside are wonderful, but the “lady” in the front desk is the most insensible person ever. I had a fracture in my elbow in February the 2nd and I did go to ER. Later on, I had to see an orthopedist who recommended PT. I went to the clinic in Haines City to receive the services and that “lady” told me: next available appt is for April 10”. (Nothing before?) Dr. Gerardo Salcedo is the best.
I am so honored to be able to have this clinic at my fingertips. The lab techs are friendly the Nurse Practitioner was beyond understanding and empathetic. I really enjoy my Haines city visits. No I am not a bot I am a real person lol.
