Complete utter waste of PCSB resources. It’s supposedly a free clinic for teachers, but completely useless. No one even bothers to answer the phone, and the people who work the front desk are rude. They get mad at me for not scheduling an appointment before arrival, but no one answers the phone! What’s the point?? Get rid of it and use that money to pay teachers instead of the complete waste of staff there.
Se supone que a las horas que es estan abiertos deberían responder las llamadas. Parece que ponen el teléfono en hold. Servicio pésimo, solía ser una clínica buenísima para los empleados. Ahora es difícil conseguir cita y han demorado un mes para arreglar la máquina de rayos x.
So you work on a school you don't feel good so you go here to have a checkout but surprise they cannot see you because they don't accept walks in, so what, you supposed to go to work sick without knowing what you have.
They take forever to answer the phone, even if you call at 7 am to schedule an appt like they ask you to. I was on hold from 7:00-7:22 waiting for someone to pick up the line and when they did, they claimed they were booked for the day. This happens every time I call, all they tell me to do is call back the next day at 7am to see if I can get in.
