Very friendly got in and out without any wait.
It was ok when I first started coming 3 years ago, but it has gone downhill from there. It's practically impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and if you leave a message, no one will call you back. I'm also having the current issue where when you schedule an appointment by phone and confirm the time. They actually put you in the books for a different time which then causes you to miss your appointment. This has already happened to me twice.
